Winter Free Leases: Winter Leases start Sept 1st and Run until May 15th. We have beginner 1st horse types, lesson horses, and fancier competition horses. All are UTD on routine care. Many have a purchase option. This is a great opportunity to lease a quality horse for the winter. These are NOT typical 'camp' horses, often offered for free winter lease. These horses have been well cared for and loved for years. They are extremly well trained and safe. No baggage with these guys. Contact Angie for a leaes application. Approved Homes Only.

Dream Acres Equestrian Center is proud to offer a select group of horses available for leasing. Leasing is a great opportunity for any level of rider. Various leasing options allow us to find a program right for each rider.
In barn lease programs start at 2 days a week and go up to Exclusive Leasing which simulates horse ownership. Any way you look at it, leasing allows
riders to greatly improve their skill with more ride time, and less financial commitment.
We also offer our horses for rider to lease and bring to their stable if they are not from the area. The fee is slightly higher than in barn leases, but the benefits are huge. Many find this is a great way to gain experience and skill without having to spend the purchase price amount on the horse, or worry about selling your mount when you outgrow the horses ability. Leasing can also make higher end horses affordable for you to ride and learn from.

Leasing in barn requires a minimum of 1 Lesson per week with DAEC instructor (which
is not counted as one of your lease days or included in the price). Lease fees are due on the 1st of each month. More than 1 rider may lease a horse at one time (in barn in all lease options except full and exclusive)
